Education
A university degree in business, economics, finance, international relations, politics, political economy or public policy is required.
Work Experience Three years of progressively responsible experience in economic research and analysis, investment, banking, finance, business management, economic policy, or fiscal
analysis is required.
Language Level IV (fluency) in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required. Ability to translate technical drafts (primarily laws and regulations) and interpret during official meetings is required.
Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of the economy and political structure in the executive, legislative, and local branches of the government as well as in the private sector. Incumbent must understand U.S. bilateral and multilateral economic policy objectives as they relate to Egypt’s policy reform and economy, as these objectives guide reporting activities.
